Most importantly, the people who work there make it a pleasant experience every time. Going to the dentist is not how most people would choose to spend their time, but everyone from the dentists to the hygienists to Benny and Mercedes at the front desk are just kind, appealing people to be around. I'm slightly claustrophobic and used to dread going to the dentist. I specifically chose this dental practice because they were listed as being quite patient with people who have a hard time at the dentist. I don't dread going to the dentist anymore, and I'm really grateful to have found them!

From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They never make you feel rushed or judged, and they take the time to explain everything in a calm and reassuring way. If you’re someone like me who gets nervous, they are so accommodating and genuinely care about your comfort every step of the way.
What really stands out is how attentive and gentle they are.
If you’ve been putting off dental visits because of fear or anxiety, I truly recommend giving this office a try. They’ve made a huge difference for me, and I’m so grateful to have found a place where I feel safe and cared for.

Been coming here for the past 8 ish years or longer.... read more Love this place, it’s super clean.  I  Love the staff and the dentists. They’ve helped me with a lot of oral problems that I’ve developed over the years of not seeing a dentist for x amount of years and then seeing bad dentist. Super nice, fun, professional and they know what they’re doing. I’ve recommended this place to a few ppl I know and they now go here.

Olive Family Dentistry merged with my 20-plus years dental office on Alameda, & after my first visit there I am more than happy to post that everything about my visit... read more was excellent-the staff are still great, ( new & previous!) the doctor was so personal & clear, & all the hygienists were outstanding. I was... read more very attached to Lina and Annette and am so grateful they came over with the retirement transition.  Lina is so understanding and comforting and I appreciate having that experience stay the same.  I was terrified of making the first appointment (even though Benny was great with me on the phone!) and actually I tried to cancel it a few weeks later.  Once I spoke with Mercedes, she assured me that the transition and "rightness of fit" between my previous dentist and this new one would be feasible and I would know that my previous dentist did his due diligence in finding the right people to purchase his practice.  She took her time to explain everything about this practice and I took a chance on it.  I was pleasantly surprised and relieved that I have to look no further for my new dental office.  Thank you Lina, Annette, Benny, Mercedes, and Dr. Edvin.  It is greatly appreciated from someone who wrestles with health/dental anxiety--you made every moment of this transition one hundred times better.
